 Deborah A. Buckley — Owner & President Debbie joined Goss & McLain shortly after graduating from college. She has been with Goss & McLain for 32 years. Debbie is a Licensed Broker. She holds a CPCU designation, an Associated in Insurance Services (AIS) designation, as well as her Certified Insurance Counselor Designation (CIC). Deeply committed to community service, she has served on many local boards of directors, including: Loomis Communities ( Past-Chair), American Red Cross, Granby Athletic Association, Granby School Committee (Chair), Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce, Holyoke Taxpayers Association, Holyoke Rotary Club (Paul Harris Fellowship Award recipient), United Way of the Pioneer Valley, Holyoke Visiting Nurse Association, and Holyoke Medical Center (Chair.)
 Cynthia Squires — Marketing Manager Cindy is responsible for Goss & McLain community support programs, and for attracting and developing new business opportunities for the agency. She is a licensed broker qualified to sell and service property & casualty insurance and life insurance. Cindy has worked in the insurance field for 28 years, she has been with Goss & McLain for 22 years.
 Mindy Karakula — Personal Lines Manager Mindy is a Holyoke native. She joined her father, Don McLain, in the family business in 1990 following her graduation from college. Mindy is the Personal Accounts Manager. She holds a property & casualty insurance brokers license. Mindy serves as a member of the board of directors for the Holyoke Boys and Girls Club.
 Susan Ware — Manager, Commercial Lines Department Susan began her career in insurance in 1977. In 1988, she joined Goss & McLain as a customer service representative. Today, she is the Commercial Accounts Manager and services our major commercial insurance accounts. She has a property & casualty broker’s license, a certificate in general insurance and a CPIW designation. Sue also holds her Certified Insurance Counselor Designation (CIC). She serves on the boards of directors of the Holyoke Visiting Nurse Association and Providence Ministries.
 Bridget Blair — Bookkeeper and Life/Health Administrator Bridget has been with the agency for 27 years. She does double duty in the accounting area and also as the administrative assistant for our Life & Health programs. She is a licensed life insurance broker.
 Susan Rego — Customer Service Representative Susan joined us in 2001 with a solid background of insurance experience, having worked in the industry for 26 years. She services new and renewal customer accounts in the personal lines area. She holds a property and casualty insurance brokers license.
 Awilda Arnold – Personal Customer Service Representative Awilda is a personal customer service representative. She has been with Goss & McLain for 5 years. She has a property and casualty insurance brokers license.
 Nancy Alexander – Personal Customer Service Representative Nancy has been in the insurance business for 9 years. She has been with Goss & McLain for 2 years. She services new and renewal customer accounts in the personal lines area. She holds a property and casualty insurance brokers license.
 Michael Regan – Producer Mike started at Goss & McLain shortly after his graduation from Springfield College in 2005. He completed the National Alliance Producer School and holds a property and casualty insurance brokers license. Mike is active with the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce and is involved in the local Business Networking Group (BNI).
 Judy Geddis – Personal Lines Processor Judy has been with Goss & McLain for 28 years. She is a Personal Lines Processor.
 Pat Guertin – Receptionist Pat is the first person who will greet you when you call or come into the office. She has been with Goss & McLain for over 11 years. |
